There are six principles for warehouse layout:<\/p>\n

1) Straight line movement<\/p>\n

Avoid roundabouts as much as possible, preferably straight lines.<\/p>\n

2) Monolayer storage<\/p>\n

It is better to avoid multi-layer accumulation.<\/p>\n

3) Efficient handling<\/p>\n

Transportation efficiency must be high, the speed of single layer storage is relatively fast, but this requires a large area. From another point of view, it is a pallet in, a pallet out is a pallet, which can also be understood as a single layer.<\/p>\n

4) Planned storage<\/p>\n

The purchasing supplier must inform the warehouse beforehand before delivery so that the warehouse has a plan. Arrangement in advance reduces the workload of the warehouse. Some people are very busy, partly because they are unplanned.<\/p>\n

5) The channel should be as small as possible.<\/p>\n

Enough access will do, otherwise it will occupy the available area of the warehouse.<\/p>\n

6) Utilization height<\/p>\n
