Selectie- en configuratiegids voor koelrekken<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Normen voor materiaalselectie<\/strong><\/p>\n

Staal en galvaniseren<\/p>\n

De hoofdstroom is Q235 koudgewalst staal met een vloeigrens van \u2265245MPa. Het oppervlak is behandeld met elektrostatisch spuiten of thermisch verzinken. De dikte van de gegalvaniseerde laag is \u226585\u03bcm. Het heeft een zoutneveltest van \u22651000 uur zonder roest en is geschikt voor lage temperatuuromgevingen van -30\u2103.<\/p>\n

Roestvrij staal (zoals 304\/316L) wordt gebruikt in gebieden met een hoge luchtvochtigheid en is beter bestand tegen corrosie dan gewoon staal, maar de kosten stijgen met 30%-50%.<\/p>\n

Toepassingen van composietmaterialen<\/p>\n

Het lichtgewicht ontwerp van de aluminium profiel en staal-hout hybride structuur plank heeft een lege dikte van slechts 0,3 meter, en de vier-laag stapelen opslagruimte benuttingsgraad wordt verhoogd met 70%;<\/p>\n

Glasvezelplanken presteren goed in zure en alkalische omgevingen, maar hun draagvermogen is beperkt tot minder dan 800 kg\/laag.<\/p>\n
