Model Classification and Load-bearing Characteristics

Light-duty shelves: 20×20mm cross-section, 1.4mm wall thickness, static load-bearing capacity of 100-200kg, suitable for light-load scenarios such as display racks and small tool storage;

Medium-duty shelves: 30×30mm cross-section, 1.5mm wall thickness, maximum load-bearing capacity of 200-500kg at a span of 1 meter, suitable for workbenches and medium-sized equipment frames;

Heavy-duty shelves: 40×40mm cross-section, 1.4mm wall thickness, static load-bearing capacity of 500-2000kg, suitable for high-intensity scenarios such as storage shelves and automated equipment.

Material Properties

The mainstream material is 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, with a tensile strength of 160-205MPa and better corrosion resistance than ordinary steel. The surface can be anodized or sandblasted.

In scenarios with high anti-corrosion requirements, it can be equipped with polyurethane coating, which is resistant to salt spray for ≥1000 hours and is suitable for food processing, pharmaceutical cold storage and other environments.
