1. Fixer une largeur de canal raisonnable<\/strong><\/p>\n

La largeur des rayonnages pour charges lourdes dans les usines de pi\u00e8ces automobiles est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par l'\u00e9quipement de manutention : si un chariot \u00e9l\u00e9vateur est utilis\u00e9 pour la manutention des marchandises, la largeur de l'all\u00e9e doit \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9e en fonction du mod\u00e8le de chariot \u00e9l\u00e9vateur et du rayon de braquage. D'une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la largeur d'all\u00e9e requise pour les chariots \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs \u00e0 contrepoids ordinaires est d'environ 3,5 \u00e0 5 m\u00e8tres, tandis que la largeur d'all\u00e9e requise pour les chariots \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs \u00e0 all\u00e9es \u00e9troites peut \u00eatre r\u00e9duite \u00e0 2 ou 3 m\u00e8tres.
\nTenez compte du volume de marchandises manipul\u00e9es : Si l'entrep\u00f4t traite une grande quantit\u00e9 de marchandises, des all\u00e9es plus larges sont n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00e9viter les encombrements pendant le processus de manutention, ce qui affecte l'efficacit\u00e9 du travail. Inversement, si le volume de marchandises manipul\u00e9es est faible, la largeur des all\u00e9es peut \u00eatre r\u00e9duite de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e afin d'augmenter l'espace disponible pour le placement des \u00e9tag\u00e8res.<\/p>\n

2. Utiliser l'espace vertical de l'entrep\u00f4t<\/strong><\/p>\n

Choisissez la bonne hauteur pour vos rayonnages : Choisissez la bonne hauteur pour votre entrep\u00f4t afin de maximiser l'espace vertical. Par exemple, pour les entrep\u00f4ts dont le sol est haut, choisissez des rayonnages mezzanine \u00e0 deux ou plusieurs niveaux afin de diviser l'espace de l'entrep\u00f4t en plusieurs niveaux et d'augmenter la surface de stockage.
\nEmpilage : Pour les marchandises stables et de forme r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, le gerbage peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour augmenter la hauteur de stockage en les empilant sur des \u00e9tag\u00e8res ou directement sur le sol. Il convient toutefois de veiller \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'empilage afin d'\u00e9viter les pertes dues \u00e0 l'effondrement des marchandises.<\/p>\n
