1. Material selection standards
Steel and galvanizing
The mainstream is Q235 cold-rolled steel with a yield strength of ≥245MPa. The surface is treated with electrostatic spraying or hot-dip galvanizing. The thickness of the galvanized layer is ≥85μm. It has a salt spray test of ≥1000 hours without rust and is suitable for low temperature environments of -30℃.
Stainless steel (such as 304/316L) is used in high humidity areas and has better corrosion resistance than ordinary steel, but the cost increases by 30%-50%.

3. Safety Construction and Maintenance Strategy
Antifreeze design points
The floor needs to be paved with a polyurethane insulation layer ≥150mm thick, and an anti-frost heave heating device should be installed underneath to prevent soil freezing and structural deformation;
